Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? 

A: Price includes set up and takedown of your memorable 24-hour Shout It Out yard greeting. Orders may be subject to delivery and rush fees.

Q: HOW MUCH DOES A YARD SIGN RENTAL COST?

A: A typical rental is $90.00 which includes a message and name with filler. If you require a more elaborate design there may be an additional charge.

 

Q: WHAT AREA DO WE SERVICE?

A: We are located in Fisherville, KY. We are not a franchise organization, so we are not limited to a certain area. We typically serve within a 30-mile radius including, but not limited to Jefferson County, Spencer County, Shelby County and Bullitt County. An extra charge may occur if you are outside the 60-mile radius.

 

Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY DAY IS AVAILABLE?

A: After you select your event date, Shout It Out will contact you within 48 hours to confirm availability. 

 

Q: WHAT TIME DO YOU COME OUT AND INSTALL IN MY YARD?

A: All installs are done after 9 pm the night before your scheduled event. If special arrangements need to be made, please give us a call, so we can work to accommodate your request.

 

Q: CAN I TOUCH OR MOVE THE YARD SIGNS?

A: Please do not touch or move any of the yard greetings after they have been installed. If for any reason you need to move them, please reach out to us, so our installer can remove or move for you.

 

Q: CAN I PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER?

A: Absolutely! We will do anything we possibly can to make your celebration perfect. We accept special orders placed a minimum of three weeks prior to delivery, so we have ample time to design and print your specific yard greeting.

 

Q: DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

A: As a first responder and military family, we have a HUGE appreciation for all service men and women. As a small token of our appreciation, you will receive a 20% discount on your order.
